Preorder Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your preorder before the product is released, you may do so within 7 days of purchase. A 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction processing costs. Cancellations made after this 7-day window will not be accepted, and the order will be considered final.

Product Availability:

Release dates for preorders are estimates provided by the manufacturers. While we strive to deliver your preorder item as quickly as possible, Poke Direct cannot guarantee exact release dates. Delays in product availability may occur, and you will be notified if there are any significant changes to the expected release timeline.

Preorder Price Guarantee:

The price of a preorder item is locked at the time of purchase. However, if there are changes in pricing due to manufacturer adjustments, Poke Direct will notify customers of any price updates before the item ships.

Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Products:

If a preorder item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may provide an exchange or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue.
