No Refunds or Returns on TCG Products:
Due to the nature of Trading Card Game products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Once a purchase has been made, it is considered final. This is in compliance with industry standards and for your safety, as the items we sell are considered collectible, sealed, and sensitive to tampering.
Preorder Returns:
If you have placed a preorder for a product that has not yet been released, you may request a cancellation and return of the preorder within 7 days of purchase. A 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction processing costs. Preorders canceled after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Exceptions:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may provide an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
